EvoTools – General Ledger Consolidation
Product: EvolutionDo you have multiple companies in your Evolution database? Do you need to submit financial reports to the Group Company?
Each company in Evolution creates a database, how then are you going to consolidate the financial statements into the Group Company database?
Would you need to purchase another software for this purpose? The answer is “NO”. All you need is the EvoTool – General Ledger Consolidation.
The accounts on the left panel belong to the “subsidiary company”. The Company on the right belongs to the Group Company, in some, it is known as the Reporting Company.
Put a tick for the account you would like to consolidate for reporting. On the right panel, you will be able to select the reporting account. In this case, you are consolidating all the different COGS into the main database’s account 2000 – COGS.
When you are done with the mapping, you can SAVE MAP for future use.
You could also print out Consolidation Report to preview the list of transactions imported into the “Reporting Company’s” Database. How easy is that!
